Are reservations required?
No, reservations are never required; however, we highly suggest making a reservation by buying your tickets ahead of time. This will guarantee your spot for your time slot in the event that we reach maximum capacity and sell out. (HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR JUMP N GLOW & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS).

Does a Waiver have to be filled out every time I come to bounce?
Online waivers are in our system for one year. Any paper waivers are for a one time use.
Please Note: If you filled out a waiver for a camp or school trip you will need a new waiver for open bounce.
What is Bounce Jr.?
Bounce! Jr. is our special separate area for children ages 6 & under. Bounce! Jr. participants can go barefoot on our equipment or use their own socks. All children who will be using the equipment will need a Bounce! liability waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Bounce! Jr. also has its own separate party rooms.
Are older children separated from younger children in activities like Trampoline dodgeball?
We have separate Indoor Dodgeball courts and our court monitors will have the ability to direct younger kids to a separate court should there be enough children for two groups. The ability to do this may be affected by whether or not the other courts are already occupied by a reserved group.
Please Note: that our dodgeballs are made of a very soft foam material and are designed to be safe for this purpose.
Do you have to sign up to play dodgeball?
During open jump time dodgeball is played on an open and rotating basis. Participants line up in front of the court and are randomly sent to the 2 sides of the court by the dodgeball referee. The maximum number of players per side is 15. A game is then started and will continue for up to five minutes depending upon the number of players who get out before the time limit is up. Once the five minutes is over or a team is eliminated, 2 new teams will enter the court from the line and a new game begins. Players can rotate themselves into games for the entire time spent at our facility.
How will I know when my Bounce! time is over?
Everyone jumping receives a color coded wristband. This wristband coincides with the jumping time you have reserved and our court monitors will let you know when your time has been completed. For members of parties and groups, announcements will be made over the loudspeaker directing the group to the reserved party area when their jump time has ended.
Is Bounce! Air Conditioned?
Yes! And we have installed enormous ceiling fans which make the bouncing environment cool and comfortable.
